Purpose:  Along with the  team  psychiatrist, provides clinical leadership to the IFI Team  in assessment, treatment planning, general  healthcare, medical, and psychosocial approaches.

Purpose:  To provide a quality care coordination to clients  with mental illness, and/or substance abuse needs, alongside complex psychosocial issues, to assist in improving functioning and quality of life as well as maximizing independence and inclusion in the community.

PURPOSE: The Clinical Therapist is responsible  for the provision of comprehensive clinical services to consumers and their  families.

This includes the provision of individual, family, group therapies, crisis intervention, advocacy, assessment,planning, discharge planning, interdisciplinary teamwork and community liaison

Purpose:  To provide nursing assessments and medication management for adults with behavioral health or substance abuse disorders.  Services are designed to treat  the acutely-distressed consumer  in the community with no delay, preventing hospitalization,

incarceration or other placements

PURPOSE: To evaluate, assess, diagnose, and prescribe medication for adults with mental health, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders as a member  of the Assertive Community Team or/or CORE Mental Health Service Team
